In You Talk Too Much, he says,
"Slow down and listen to what the potential business partners have to
say. We are not talking about the curiousity approach where you are
afriad of telling people what you do, this is about creating an
atmosphere focused on the prospects needs, not your own."
How profoundly true this is whether in business, ministry, or in our own prayer lives.
