You've experienced some losses and now you must find a  "new normal."

"New normal" is not something on anyone's bucket list, but it is a place most of us face at some point.

Facing "new normal" is not just about coping; it is about optimizing.

Optimization is about being and doing what is the maximum potential of the moment.

It is about embracing what embraces us.

It is about experiencing grace that we might also become a fountain of grace for others.

"New normal" is not resignation or acquiescence to something we can and ought to change. Rather, it involves redirecting the energy spent spinning wheels and finding traction where we can and must.

From "new normal" we can become stronger in places we might otherwise neglect.

"New normal" is a launch pad to greater growth because it is deeper growth.

What is your "new normal?" Whether or not it is permanent, it is part of the call of life to your soul to enter into life at the door God has opened for you right now.

I understand that you must grieve the old normal and mourn your losses, but not live in perpetual mourning. Rather, see the open door and walk through.

God's grace and peace be with you now and evermore.
