Here is a typical, unspoken, but real prayer:

"Sorry God, I can't go there with you because it is outside of my neat little theological box of definitions and beyond my limited understanding of who You are."

Theology is a useful tool. A logos (word) about Theos (God). But when God really wanted to set the record straight about who He was and IS, the LOGOS became flesh and dwelt among us.

"Where's your theology?"
