I've had a few hard times … nothing fatal.
I've had some doubts and fears – nothing final.
I've had some moments of despair – still faithful.
It's been pretty rough at times, but I have never been alone …
Even in those times when the voice of the Presence …
Was silent to my ears.
This is what I have come to know in the valleys …
And trust in the darkness …
God is good all the time.
