You may not be able to change all your thinking at once, but you could start with something.

1. Evaluate – Is there something in my thinking that is getting the results I do not want?

2. Excavate – What is the source of that thinking? Is it possible that I am moving on a belief about myself, others, or reality that has no validity?

3. Eradicate – Abandon that belief, if only for a moment. Seek God's help and a new perspective.

4. Emancipate – Free yourself to move into a new reality where you can pursue your new dreams with new behaviors and new attitudes. See what happens …  and then … and then!
